Terms of Service


This document denotes what we as a provider guarantee to you, the customer.
This document denotes all rights you have as a customer, and the rights we have as a provider of the service. The paying customer will be referred to as the "customer" or the "user", or "their" respectively. domVPS, the provider will be referred to herein as "the provider", "we", "us" or just "domVPS".

We reserve the right to make modifications, newer revisions, and improvements to this document (the Terms of Service) at any point in time, though we will notify you of such changes should they occur. It is your responsibility, as a user, to keep yourself up to date with the Terms of Service. The provider, domVPS, reserves the right to terminate service to a user at any time due to a failure to comply with these terms set henceforth in this document on behalf of the user's own mishap whether it be intentional or unintentional.

  • Downtime caused by a higher medium (datacentre maintenance and such) may occur, and any downtime to the users services caused by this, we are not held responsible for.
  • The user agrees to not abuse, exploit, or take advantage of any potential glitches/bugs in our software, but to report them if they occur.
  • The user acknowledges that any monetary deposits made to the provider via the control panel or via any other available method, i.e. a server purchase, is non-refundable.
  • The user acknowledges it is their responsibility to keep their account login credentials safe.
  • The user is not allowed to use our services maliciously; which constitutes running malicious scripts and/or utilizing harmful code to attack other websites, domVPS, or anyone else using the internet.
  • The user acknowledges they may not host mass mailers / email spammer scripts on any of our nodes.
  • The user acknowledges they may not host any content that breaches any Copyright laws.
  • The user acknowledges they may not host any content which allows access to piracy, illegal content or illegal activity.
  • Any refunds sanctioned will be returned in the form of account credit and will contribute to the users balance.
  • Any service that the user has purchased from domVPS must be renewed before the expiration date in order to retain any data associated with their service, and to prevent deactivation of the service provided to the user.
  • domVPS management includes 4 hours of technical work per month. Any time required more per month can be purchased at a one-time fee for £10 per thirty (30) minutes of assistance.
  • Filing a charge back / dispute against any invoice will result in the service being suspended, if no contact is made within 7 days to solve the dispute, the service will be terminated without warning. We request that if you have any queries / issues to open a support ticket first.
  • 14 days after the account has been suspended for overdue on payment, the account will be terminated without any backups.
  • We will not set reverse dns for the sole purpose of mail servers.
  • Any client who is not satisfied with the service can receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase

Service Level Agreement


This document denotes what we as a provider guarantee to you, the customer.

  • Downtime reimbursement - Any downtime greater than one day will be reimbursed as an extension to the period of your service, relative to the amount of downtime affecting you.
  • Automatic restart - Should any of your services crash or come to an unexpected abrupt halt due to a failure they will be restarted shortly.
  • Fixed price - The cost/price of any service provided to you will not be increased during the period you have rented. If the price changes, it will only affect you if your service if you let it expire and you re-order.
  • Support - We will provide support to your service on a 'server maintenance' level, we will not assist with 3rd party software.
  • Security - Keeping your server data and login credentials secure is your responsibility. Should your service be compromised or used maliciously or illegally, your service will be frozen until the issue is resolved.
  • Uptime - We provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee. If we fail to meet the 99.9% uptime, we will reimburse your account for the time it was down.

  • Privacy Policy


    domVPS is very serious about personally identifiable data and we will not distribute, sell or give out any of the users' credentials or information to any third party companies, with the exclusion being the appropriate legal authorities if requested or if any illegal activity is detected.

    What we collect
    domVPS collects personally identifiable data such as customers' names, e-mail addresses, mail addresses, billing information and phone numbers. If you do not wish to disclose this information, do not sign up to our services. We also use cookies, these are pieces of information that a website can store in a specific file on a user's machine. domVPS stores customers' email address and/or other communication addresses as an unavoidable incident to the delivery and transmission of those communications.

    How is this information used?
    domVPS may use your personal information collected through our website to contact you about any products and services offered by domVPS. domVPS may also use information gathered from your browsing habits of domVPS.com in order to analyse trends in order to improve the service and to administer the website.

    Having said that we are very serious about the disclosure of personally identifiable data, it may be necessary to disclose personal information when required by law. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information to the relevant authorities if we believe it is a necessity that such an action is required to comply with any legal issues pending at that moment in time.
